A new restaurant called Basilico will soon replace Dominick's in Roswell.
Basilico will be opened by Nasser Samad, owner of Cedar's Mediterranean and Ray's Pizza in midtown.
The 7,000 square foot restaurant is located on an endcap of a shopping center on Atlanta Street, not far from historic downtown Roswell.
Basilico will feature Italian and Mediterranean fare and should open in "a few weeks."
Dominick's restaurants remain open in Buford, Lawrenceville, Norcross and Watkinsville.
